Monthly Box Shipping Logistics

We currently ship only to Australia at this time. Boxes are shipped via Australia Post. You will receive tracking notifications via email once your box has shipped. The postal office drops off the box without signature confirmation.

How long will it take to receive my box?

Your order will be processed within 48 hours each business day. Deliveries of your parcel will take place between Monday to Friday, and we recommend you make the delivery address where you will be during the time of delivery during business hours. If you are not at home during the delivery time, your parcel will be left in a safe location away from bad weather.

What if I received a damaged item?

We will gladly send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at support@crystalintentionbox.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the box. Please ensure you send us photos of: (i) The outside condition of the box upon delivery (ii) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage (iii) A picture of the inside of the box you received.

Our team will happily ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos! You may be required to return the damaged goods in order for us to process the claim. We will gladly provide a shipping label if that is the case.
