How does subscription billing work?
Signing up for Crystal Intention means opting into a membership (monthly, 3 months, or 6 months) that bills you every month. All subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month, after the final prepaid shipment has been received. Each of your boxes will start shipping between the 24th - 29th of each month.
What's inside the Crystal Intention Box?
Your monthly box is curated with local, natural Australian products to support your self-care and self-love journey. You can expect to see a mix of 5-6 products in each box, with items ranging across crystals, candles, essential oil, books, spiritual tools, natural beauty products, teas, aromatherapy and more.
Are products in the Crystal Intention Box full size or sample size?
Each box will include 5-6 products. We focus on reusable, full-size Australian products and may include sample-size products as bonus gifts for you from time to time!
Can I buy just one box?
You can subscribe to Crystal Intention on a monthly subscription (without making a term commitment), or a 3 or 6-month Subscription (with term commitment) to receive monthly self-care and wellness products delivered to your door.
All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription plan. You opt-out of auto renew anytime in your account.
Is it safe to use my credit card on crystalintentionbox.com?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end and up-to date encryption methods (128-bit security certificates) to securely encrypt your data, ensuring your details are safe, always. You can find out more about the certificate we use to encrypt your data by clicking on the padlock icon in your browser when accessing a secure page. Our store is also powered by Shopify and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, meeting all six categories of PCI standards to:
• Maintain a secure network
• Maintain a vulnerability management program
• Regularly monitor and test networks
• Protect cardholder data
• Implement strong access control measures
• Maintain an information security policy
• This compliance is extended to all online stores powered by Shopify.
How is the Crystal Intention Box packaged?
Our boxes are made right here in Australia, using eco-friendly materials and printing methods.
We know sustainability is important to you and is our focus as well. We also use beautiful recyclable crinkle paper to pad the contents when shipping any fragile items to you.
How long does it take for my Crystal Intention Box to arrive?
We'll email you a tracking number when your box is on its way. We ship via AusPost from Melbourne. Those of you in surrounding states should receive your boxes within a day or two of the ship date. The further away, the longer it will take, but it shouldn't be more than one week for anywhere in Australia.
Can I add a gift note?
Unfortunately, we're not set up to accommodate the inclusions of gift notes.
Do you include a receipt in the box?
No, we don’t. So no worry about exposing the price if you’re sending a gift! All receipts will be emailed to you after your order.
How do I cancel?
Month-to-Month Subscriptions (without term commitment) can be canceled at any time in your Account Settings. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
3 or 6-Month Subscription Plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-subscription. But, you are able to opt-out of auto-renewal within your Account Settings or by reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your plan will automatically renew and you are committing to the length of your selected plan. You cannot cancel your plan in the middle of a subscription term, but you are able to cancel your auto-renewal within your Account Settings.

Can I change my mailing address?
Sure! You can update your address by logging onto your account settings, or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cut off date to change your address for the month's box is before the 24th of the month which is when we start shipping monthly boxes each month.
We'll send you an email after you successfully update your address. Please make sure that the confirmation email reflects the correct new address, and feel free to email us anytime if you need assistance!
